Who knows what we find underneath if we pull it and we do not want to repair or replace floors...Brush the paint on thin... with a good priming one coat may do it... to recoat, you scuff lightly (same scrub sponge but dry and wipe to slightly degloss and brush on coat #2 if needs be)..So you are only at probably 50-100 bucks in paints there--but tons of labor and elbow grease.I would add knew bling cabinet knobs, too, unless the new ones look ok (but a sliver or gold or bronze metallic might look good..)

Even with that clause, I do not typically charge the tenants unless I can prove they caused the blockage.A clear case would be they flushed a rubber duck or a tooth brush down and that lodged inside the neck of a toilet. 

Now, that's a broad brush stroke, but if you're just starting out, I'd look for properties in those counties as a starting point for the best possible selection of cash-flowing properties.

Regardless of where you got your funding...the point is you got funded or if you were the one that lifted a paint brush....the point is you dealt and managed the contractors, you were involved in every aspect as far as I'm concerned.

I started by rolling but had to use a brush to paint the groves - I gave that up after priming and sprayed the rest fairly quickly.

Im sure it's harder with family but things like this are so common you just have to brush it off.

To tar every guru out there with the same brush is ridiculous.
