I had them add more blues in it and it came out pretty nice.

I used to post a lot on the Aussie version of BP its call the property investing Forum and the out of country part of the Forum back when the AUD was stronger than the dollar had many many folks participating now your lucky to find one post a week.. and US marketers together with promotors from OZ just hammered the OZ investor with BLUE sky and no real mention to the dangers of low end assets in the urban cores..

It was blue collar when I was in school and now, as the older couples move on, houses are being rehabbed and brought back to life. 

I have 3   two bedroom sfh's in blue ribbon school districts .  

When I was a train commuter, I used to see one house along the tracks in another suburb which was painted lemon-yellow with bright blue trim.

However outside of the med students doctors and lawyers there is a lack of good blue collar jobs, corruption is rampant, miles and miles of poverty.  

I was given a lead the other day just out of the blue by a gentleman I was talking to at my full time job.

Sharon is a great place for young people, families, and blue-collar type workers to live if they do not have enough money to live in neighboring Hermitage, PA.

With this in mind they can leave the money in a bank account but with inflation they are losing 2-3% doing nothing, invest in the stock market but your volatility is riskier even with blue chip stocks going up and down a few percents a day and you can have something like the 08 recession where half your wealth is gone, and finally you have real estate where you can park your money and concentrate on cash flow. 

Since I have a good reputation for upkeep I get a lot of calls out of the blue from friends of current tenants.
