Does anybody know or have a source that buys reclaimed barnwood and dimensional lumber?

Flippers in reality cannot compare to what a realtor does, because after a flipper finished the rehab project, who is the first person they call to unload?????

New commercial properties, new high end subdivision, golf course, etc.There may not be a better opportunity to unload this property for a great profit and move onto something bigger.

Also, being shipped on a pallet, you need to be able to unload it.

Just about 80% of my products (other than commodity types like lumber) are coming from China.

Long story short, I went and picked up the flooring I had already paid for in my Prius (my husband had the truck in Greenwood) and unloaded all of it into the house (31 boxes at 23 pounds a box) by myself in Columbia, SC heat (that's hotter than regular SC heat as any South Carolinian can attest). 

I bought a fully renovated 2 Unit from an investor who had to unload on it quickly. 

I personally welcome mail because I like to see how creative people get with their marketing and maybe I can call and see if they have any deals to unload.
