We ran into the same issue when we made our Costa Rica investments and didn't really find a good solution for a local mortgage there.

It's highly doubtful, you prob won't find a fully refinanced deal on the MLS or through realtors.

Learn what a good one looks like, then take your time to find one.

I'm all about finding problems to solutions and figuring out how to make something work rather than simply conceding that it cannot work.

That's why I tell a lot of my clients that it's a perfect time to invest right now when you can still find the 1% rule and positive cash flow especially in properties here that are still 120-180k in purchase price.
