Under fixed salary, I am not motivated enough to truly thrive in what I do for living knowing that even if I worked harder and smarter compared to yesterday, last week, or last month, my income will still be the same.

Looking the other direction, Northern Indiana is thriving right now.

I completely agree that investing in our own back yard can save some pennies but Columbus is only a stone's throw away; it's why we like to operate there instead of other thriving markets like Orlando, Denver, etc..

I'm just starting to look in the Murfreesboro area- focusing on the downtown market (in the general vicinity of Central Magnet), and am always excited to see Murfreesboro real estate thriving. 

I also think the wholesalers who know how to put together creative finance deals will thrive.
