Would this just include all LLCs (since all LLCs are corporations), or do they specify an LLC with specific criteria since by corporation they mean non-LLC corporations?

I'm unsure of what their tool stack consists of but I would presume it to include data associated with an estimate regarding how frequently specific keywords are searched for on these platforms (and potentially broken down by market).

I would recommend them to get you set up for seeing all future bookings, the listing info and data, etc. and have them deal with it or simply ask them to switch their STR software to another platform specifically for those units under management...

I'm asking specifically because I am thinking about throwing a treadmill or elliptical machine in the living room if the person wants to exercise a little while they're there.The unit isn't huge (around 1k sq feet) and it will probably look tacky, but I was wondering if other people have found value in providing some simple exercise equipment, even if it seems out of place.
