If they acquired the note for 10-15 cents on the dollar and are now selling for something more and that that provides them with sufficient profits and subsequently provides an 18% yield then to me that’s how it shakes out.

I can say from experience, it's the life shake-ups that afford the transformative moments, the BIG change times, and embracing the pain, like any pro-athlete or body-builder can share, it becomes a good pain, transformative pain, you learn to harness it and use it once break through fear of it.
