Be sure to look online at Rockwell for your license prep classes, that program has one of the best exam pass rates in WA.I second Jay's sentiment that you probably won't find a lot of hand holding as a new broker, at least not from other brokers.

@Brandon Patrick - I agree with most of the sentiment here; If your current STRs are not pulling their weight because vacancies I would analyze longer term rentals or selling them outright to pivot your capital catered to another property type and strategy.

Getting in a position of investing your retirement funds in deals that are too risky for any bank just isn't where you want to be, especially if you haven't already done many of these deals using non-retirement money..I know these aren't particularly common or popular sentiments on this board, but that's life.

These days, college education is too often considered worthless (and for many degrees and institutions it probably is), and there is a tremendously anti-intellectual sentiment in this country.
