================================================================================================@Matt Berklacy I understand where you are coming from, however I want to add something to your comment:First, Rent-To-Own is a scam and will totally screw a seller/landlord if the tenant/buyer knows their way around the laws.

If Agent Suzy tells homeowner Tim that his house $250,000 is worth 100k and has her friend/business partner/relative/fellow agent whoever bring an offer of 105k and advises Tim to take it and he does and has no idea that hes being completely scammed how does Suzy get penalized?

They work a bit differently than your typical Hard Money lenders: I am trying to figure out if it's worth it or if it's a scam.

Craigslist is mostly scams these days.

Over AZ, Midwest 'cashflow' plays (most of which are scams, IMHO), mountain cabins, the latest and hottest places or anything else.  

CR companies are scams.

II have this company that says that there lend me unsecured payment but they wanted a processing fee but they want me to go to Walmart and do a Walmart to Walmart transaction which sounds kind of like a scam
