I’m sure much of what he spoke about was biased due to his businesses ventures and  maintaining his reputation in the industry.

We've worked hard to build up our reputation, borrower profile, and lender relationships in order to get the best loan terms.  

There are also lots of properties for fix and hold that you may not have considered, like Manufactured Housing.

If he’s reputable, he’ll produce the docs in short order.

I have been able on some stuff to go direct to manufacturer. people I mentor do same thing they are shocked how much more goes in their pocket.

I know that there are downsides, not all companies are reputable, and I could make more of a return if I did it myself.
