Grant Kemp from Creative Cash Flow and Daniel Chad Moore of Propelio did a great YouTube and FB video on notes vs rentals.

I want to do Drone videos of our subdivisions I really like photos from the air.. plus links to google earth etc.. 

Sure, you can watch a YouTube video on how to change out a water heater yourself but should you?

Also, if you aren’t a solid drywall patcher, this is a great time to start watching YouTube videos on the topic because that will save you money when it comes time to patch the walls after electricians do their work.

That is going to be relevant to how in-demand your market is (which I have no insight on) but just food for thought before you panic too much. 

I don’t have any experience but have been listening to the podcasts and YouTube videos.
