If you would like to have me review the note and make a suggestion for action, please send me the note, and the proposed contract.Commercial notes often do have have terms not found in residential contracts, such as  valid due on sale, interest rate adjustments based on the business net income and net worth, prohibition of secondary financing, to name a few, all of which can accerate the note to demand payoff.
