My wife and I bought our primary residence in a flood plane near the Ohio River.

I already looked at plane tickets and surprise to me, they are only $300.

Jason,I would try to find an investor or realtor from that area to give you an opinon on the value before you invest in a plane ticket to fly up there.

In my opinion, this is like asking "what's the fastest way to get to Europe from the US without using a plane?"

We were kidding around about having the in-laws stick the kiddos on a plane and fly them out so we could stay longer! 

I self manage the one in Arizona but I feel that’s easier because we will be moving stateside and I’ll only be a $600 plane ride away as opposed to Guam which would be about $2700 if I ever needed to comeback.** the $473K is with closing cost and VA funding fee rolled into loan.

I've recently reached out to HML, Finance of America, to discuss their terms but have yet to solidify a game plane that's sustainable and repeatable.

I always look at those places and then remember how much the plane tickets are and how long it takes to get to them, buying one even at a low price might not be worth messing with if I cant enjoy it.  

They write off plane tickets, meals and have a place to stay for free.Even if the property loses some money, it is probably offsetting other rental income.
