Like @Russell Brazil said there are general things that need to be in place.One that stings a lot of people is the main entrance door.

For contact management like that its awesome to search for specific types of people and locations or just data like "how long does it take to foreclose in texas".We have some other use cases as well that we use to track not only ours but competitors results online and learning what does and does not work for different aspects of the business.

Questions Regarding Property Registration Restrictions in a Joint Venture Model:Are there any restrictions when attempting to change the property registration with the county (through the title company) if the property has an active Hard Money Loan or DSCR Loan?

These are people that are property managers not asset managers.
