Yes I agree, If you want to get into wholesaleing you should start off in the minor leagues by locking up properties from the actual owner and if you cant sell it just back out because you never put down ernest money.

@Kristopher Hanks  those guys were just taking all that is crappy about wholesaling and applying to turn key... although many turn key companies will hold title in entities that you may not relate to the direct company.. but if they are MLS listed and they have them on their site.. to me that's total bush league.. and I would be pissed as well.

One of my clients most of his visits are people looking to visit family in the area but close enough for a disney trip, day trips to the beach which is 15-20 mins away, once the school is back up at full capacity FIT has a lot of foreign students who have friends and family visiting, the sports center in viera has very big baseball and soft ball tournaments multiple times a year before the pandemic but i think they have some things this on the schedule this summer. 

They didn't have to worry about flippers because it was out of the league of the little guys so not a big deal.

But the work of this route is in a different league than being an LP.  

@Marty Sheehan - I went through college on a baseball scholarship.

They said that they are employed by the local baseball team and have friends in the area.

My childhood memory of Frayser was playing Frayser middle in baseball in the 8th grade.

Before that, he would let anyone rent the bedroom and there would be problems like he would play loud guitar and when I asked him to keep it down, he threatened me with a baseball bat.When I would screen roomates, I would put an ad somewhere, they would fill out an application, I would check there references, and never had a problem.

I am very much out of my league here.
