I know from experience because I have interacted with several of them over the last 6 months.My recommendation is that you do not try to operate the lot yourself, even if you are living on premises.

If you do not, this tenancy will continue to spiral downhill until they owe you months of back rent and disappear into the night.Think back on your first interactions and screening process with these tenants.
