The inevitable was that Bob was soon to be permanently locked out of the house after the Sheriff Sale and he didn't have a place to live and would be homeless. 

He's the kind of guy who will let homeless people sleep on the sidewalk, then ban plastic straws based on some viral YouTube video.

The 100k will help me do things faster without worrying about destitution and homelessness, but won't do me much good until I actually learn to do stuff, so its main function is getting me into my own place and sitting around for potential expenses, while I learn to actually bring in amounts of money that would make that 100k trivial.

Turns out I used to volunteer with the person I spoke to (we were involved in a Homeless Coalition in our area).  

In South Florida they are arresting anyone for feeding homeless people.

Drag a homeless guy down to the title company with you and sell it to him for $1 and give him the $100. 

In the months after my Dad died, I was even homeless for a couple of days (my Mom had died several years before my Dad, and my sister was younger, so I had no-one I could turn to).As an adult, I spent most of my twenties living paycheck to paycheck.

Let me pose this question, how many people on here give back to their communities, have you donated some sweat equity, give some money to a charity, even said a kind word to a homeless guy/ gal on the street.My personal opinion is that these political parties are set up to keep people under control and thats it.... everyone was so happy and filled with hope for obama now he's going to be the death of our america; there is no our america its is and always will be changing; john f. kennedy faced hell to get elected because he was catholic and it was though he was going to be taking orders from the pope, now he's looked back on with rose tinted glasses.People fight so hard against education and understanding the world outside of their little box; i've seen programs where people would shout burn the books but leave our bible alone; people still thinks the sun revolves around the earth, or don't know where the sun goes at night. . . its not about democrats or republicans i'm sure most of you guys know that those parties basically flipped during the civil rights era; i often hear people say were the party of abraham lincoln really what does that mean, in todays world it means nothing!

But I learned that they pick and chose who they go after.The house I lived in in Atlanta - a homeless person took over the house next to me.
