If I decide to pay so that they go then no one else knows.The other pitfall with apartment buildings is that when you decide to sell you are limited to selling to hard nosed landlords who will beat you down on price.

In fact, I actually have group housing designation from the city of Orlando due to code enforcement poking their noses around at the time but that's a discussion for another post!

I feel like this app must be right under my nose and just haven't found it yet.Does anyone utilize this or a similar strategy or know of an app that either partially or fully does what I'm looking for?

I should add, like others have stated, that like the second hand contact/inhalation of cigarette carcinogens, the ingestion of toxic spores would take quite some time to genuinely make you ill, aside from maybe a little runny nose or small headache...which brings me back full circle to the "myriad of other illnesses."

@Ryan Fernholz @Thomas HickeyI just got sued( letter from tenant lawyer ) for this same exact problem, tenant attorney letter claim handrail was broken and stairs slope too steep...cause multiple injuries including fracture to arm. 

No SE tax on net rental income - that is not even debatable.

If you use hard money, you will pay through the nose in interest rates and need to have a super hot property whose value guarantees the investment.

My brother-in-law has regular healthcare and they pay through the nose for it.

Good judgment is knowing when to pull out of a nose dive not just roll with it....and say "if I crash I crash"....Good luck either way
