What would the monthly cashflow be if you left the extra $15k in the property?

I can't comment on the Houston market, but I do a lot of investing in Detroit.While I haven't personally gone and confirmed it, folks are citing the same thing happening there.

Does anybody know of any good groups or any folks familiar with the local market interested in grabbing a coffee or beer sometime?

My current mortgage rate is not super high and I have extra income that I am currently putting toward extra payments.

Often times we look the other way and let these folks get away with their actions, which only compounds the problems for everyone.If you search "ethics" on BP, you get about 9527 results on the topic. 

Hard to squeeze and extra fees out of tenants for if they don't mow lawn etc.
