My niece told me that most of the time it was fun and she enjoyed meeting new people and what not. 

I love the idea of becoming free with my time for my wife kids and family with the passive income making us comfortable and being able to enjoy life to it’s fullest, but I’m sure at some point I’d like to sit back and just let properties pay for themselves so my kids can take them all over when I die creating legacy wealth for my family.

So you might live in construction hell for 6 months but then you get 18 months to enjoy the profits of your labor.

I am most interested in the BRRRR strategy as I am looking for cash flow, but would enjoy rehabbing properties as well.My main question: What types of jobs within the Real Estate Investing field would be best for someone like me to get the most useful experience possible? 

The rest of us enjoy the interest but we actually want a chance at owning the property and 1% ownership is not attractive from a smaller local investor.

Fundrise is something I have put some funds aside in, and am looking to get into yield street, but I am not an accredited investor.I also do enjoy doing the work but would like to see some progress.

That will allow me to fill the whole property up and I can live in an area that I enjoy more.
