Week of 8/11 - 8/17:Accomplishments:- Received PUD approval for 135 SFH site in Leesburg, FL.- Received an offer for one of our new construction homes in Palm Bay, FL.- Completed a 7-minute speech at my local Toastmasters organization.

I would have placed the date on the calendar and on that date I would have inquired if the offer was still available and whatever date the experienced person had, I would have made sure I was available.

So, I suggest seeing if the seller will extend the due diligence period (and possibly closing date if it's only a week after the end of due diligence period) so you can have the second unit inspected; point out that previously you were not able to inspect it because the tenants had covid.What does your buyer's agent suggest?
