Spell out the financial responsibility of each of you.

I recently had my tenants extend their lease agreement but we've had to adjust whom is renting and the responsibilities.

Ultimately, your LLC isn't the entity ensuring that your property is safe for guests; that responsibility falls to you and/or your management company.

I wanted to ask about pricing as well.I have reached out to support@biggerpockets twice (Feb 16th, Feb 19th), no response and reached out to the general customer service a few days ago, no response. 

I have seen it both ways and I think from the responses above many people here do not agree on a set standard.
