@Jason DiClemente I watched a close friend and my older brother spend thousands of dollars and countless amount of time in WWDB.

This is from just over the past year, and you've got two murders, countless assault charges, and multiple cases of personal robbery and burglary.That's an area I would recommend avoiding, not based off of how the people look, but off what the people do.

The more active the more likely you are to monitor and act.This is a little side game (rate hedging) you choose to play.

I think Flexibility and options are the key aspects of wholesaling and the opportunity to find owners who are willing to sell their properties for a discounted price, should not be overlooked, countless hours and money is spent on finding leads and potential home owners.
