Even if she never brings another item home, if she hangs out where they are then she can end up bringing them back in on her clothes.

I dress like a vagrant and my car is scattered with tools, plumbing parts, str checklists, work clothes, a tarp, air tire pressure gauge(gotta fix that leak), box of  1 5/8 screws, and still my kids manage to find a place to sit.

I hate having sweat drenched clothing and Houston area in summer is miserable (so is Florida).I will be leaving Austin the month after my second son graduates and heading out to coastal Southern California.  

I have worked with companies that specifically are certified to remove mold and I was told not to disturb it or mold spores could get on your clothes and travel throughout the house.

Has anyone found success with cloth curtains, bead curtains, no doors, etc?

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

They trashed the floors (carpet & LVP), damaged the washing machine & dishwasher ; trashed the deck stairs risers; poop in yard; trashed one bathroom vanity, left tons of their clothes, fridge & pantry closets full of food, didn't maintain the yard, deck stair risers were damaged.
