If you and the principal of the Cricket franchise agree on the Term Length, the Base Rent / annual escalations, The CAMs or NNNs (presumably this is all the same as his other suite), and any major concessions, then you should be good to go.Pro Tip: If you use AIR Commercial Lease forms, you can go to "Grid" view and it lists all the major provisions.
