We don't really feel comfortable leaving them home with strangers coming in and out, pounding and drilling either.

Could never live without my truck, but I tow 10k pounds at least 5 times a month on average, plus I have toys that really like living in the back of a truck. 

I was originally told no & only after pounding the pavement & finding 1 other broker out of many who was semi on board with my business model I put in my notice with the ERA broker.The ERA broker not wanting to loose me as an income source as I was one of his top agents decided to let me run it through his company.

LOL  Any of the ones I mentioned above will work for you and they are all cost effective to use with the exception of Yardi which is the 800 pound guerilla on the block.

I once learned from a neighbor that the previous owners walked away from a rehab because of serious foundation problems that wouldn't have been apparent, but would have broken the bank if I had bought it.Keep pounding the pavement.

James, that's right, it didn't takes them but seconds to be out of range. the pit was 65 pounds, the shepherd 140+ huge (long, not fat).

If you don't want to pound the pavement then I recommend hard money lending, syndication, or some other form of capital investment.
