I do not know your tax situation, but I know most tax professionals are fairly busy and normally do not guarantee they will be able to file by the original timeline. 

Our original inspector noted a drainage issue on the north side because of improper sloping.

I did attempt a foreign entity in FL, I am still getting letters stating they need an original certificate of good standing and they do have the 87 dollars I sent to register as a foreign entity.

Next I would get quotes from my original plumbers and others to have the sewer line replaced.  

If the original property is in your name, the new property must also be in your name to qualify.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Why make the origination process any more complexed than it has to be?
