This is all kind of an aside.Let me ask my question a little different since the folks responding to this thread have background directly related to where I'm trying to go with my original question.If you were advising a new Math grad what to do next, would you direct them towards a comp sci job/degree, a finance job/degree, or direct the grad to hard money lending and trustee sale buying and forget about school and any other unrelated job.

I have been in verbal offerings and submitted a final official offer and wanted your opinions.

Not sure where you property is but in Chicago they started last year you need to get a final water reading in order to deed it over so the process takes 6-10 weeks to deed over plus your attorney migh charge you more.

Thats a payback type of thing and probably 80% of them dont make it all the way through, sure seemed that way when I worked them for a finance company about 15 years ago.

He even refused to do a final walkthrough on the house, he "didnt have the time" to do it, why i took a video on my final time in the house, when painters and carpenters were there.  

Therefore, overhead is reflected in a final bid either through profit or management/labor expense and the public does indeed pay for these costs.

I have all the inspection tools and went through the house with a fine comb and to me I found nothing major.

I have not used my VA at all at this point, but the one thing that I have been curious about and haven't gotten a final answer on is when you PCS/move out.I believe (though do not have proof) that you may need to refinance out of the VA loan since they have a strict OO restriction.

I had seen were a financial loan company held a final judgement against the property.

Once I get a final total headcount I am going to call the place to make sure we have a huge table ready for us.Mike
