You get exposed to some really fascinating, but weird people. 

Doesn't mean I am not fascinated about others who have possibly been conned, nor the outcome.

What I also find fascinating is that as an owner of Class C/D properties which create my living, it is imperative I understand ALL mindset classes.

People's fascination with "squatter's right" and the the entire concept of getting something for nothing, especially real estate, tempts some with insufficient knowledge, little due diligence, ignorance of real threats and little to lose should an AP go sideways, to attempts.
