Regardless, kudos @Allan Smith for putting the link up so that anyone new to BiggerPockets can see a scam coming and not buy into an illegitimate company because of the illegitimate reviews.But, maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's all a big coincidence.

As a fan of RK, and being a capitalist myself, I have to admit one must maintain a healthy dose of skepticism when a capitalist lays out a strong or controversial position on a topic, then works in a product or service to sell you that coincides with that position (much like when a socialist makes the argument that centralized power, under their control, is for your own good).

Very commonly, of course, this inflation coincides with a war. 

But this happens to coincide with research that I've read indicating that historically, in any given year, the odds of a recession are ~25% (usually due to Fed adjustments of the rate - outside of clear over grown bubbles like the dot.com or previous housing bubble)BiggerPocket just echoed your sentiment on the CA > OR movement, I'd be surprised if that slowed in the short term.As far as the big companies, overall that appears strong, but as an FYI from the hospitals perspective (for whom I work for) - there are no expansion plans that I'm aware of, and we're a long ways from any job growth due to ACA.

It's no coincidence that qualified plans (401k, IRA, etc) came about around the same time the MEC was introduced. 

Twice in 2019, I flew back to do work on my rental, which happened to coincide with other events, making those events tax-deductible.
