I have done all of the those, based on the circumstances.I also can't count the number of times in mandatory training / continuing education that I was told that we were never, ever, under any circumstances to discuss setting "standard" commissions with other agents.

It is also a little bit of speculation on my part that 1) home values will continue to appreciate at or above the inflation rate and 2) that eventually rates may drop 1 - 2% (I am at 7.5% on my most recent refinance) and will be able to do a cashout refi in 2 - 5 years.What are other's thoughts on this?

Legal isn't cheap and he probably spent a ton of money3) Court documents also show that Sief himself have over $1.3M of his money invested just like we did. 4) Scoutpads also gave up it's rights to their unpaid dues in favor of all investors to be paid firstSo this is someone that:1) has integrity2) fought for others 3) took the lead when others didn't4) funded the whole thingThat’s 99% more than most people would do in my two cents and someone I'd continue to invest with.
