Obviously it comes with the territory, and if I had awesome A or B class units that were worth keeping (and I could pull my capital out) I think it would be worth it. 

It is a grey area, but you have not stated that the tenant is concerned with stalking/harassing, so I can only assume that the owners behavior has not crossed into that territory (although the tenants description may be borderline harassment).

I work as a regional sales manager, with my territory covering the entire state of WI.

I operate in Philly so it is a bit more important to screen tenants that the usual territory.

Worked a territory from Echo Park down to Carson and about as far east as El Monte.

:)  Funny because all my investments are in OH, So I'm venturing off into new territory with this FL build. 

The problem is becoming a reasonably GOOD rehab contractor, with all that entails.But you're in Michigan, prime territory to do this.
