Make a list and get their responce in writting -1 How many rentals or outside mailling addresses. 2 Any pending litigation of any kind. 3 Copy of their reserves and operating expences. 4 Is or has the project approved for FHA financing. 5 How many visitors paarking spaces are assigned to that unit.

Oh, and yes, when a visitor to your house sees the Lasershield system it will be a red flag for them :cry: so I tried hiding it and making sure I gave the showing agent clear instructions before visiting.

Those that do ask to see pictures I simply say, I don't have any, and then they say, "well, when can we come look".The only reason I bring this up is because I use to include pictures on my websites before and my 'conversion' rate of visitors to showings was A LOT worse.

Paul,That link to a "review" is from an affiliate site; that affiliate site will share in the "take" of revenues for all orders placed through the affiliate.I would be very skeptical of any review that originates from such an affiliate site, as they have a stake in converting visitors into orders.
