Liberty Mutual currently has a moratorium on Dallas, TX and several other major markets due to "civil unrest."

The looming threat of holding two mortgages and all of our related life expenses has been the spark in wanting to find alternate sources of income.

But suddenly something in my head sparked and I been thinking about real estate for the past 3 months and went to defensive mode on money management and stayed conservative as much as possible.

Areas of interest of others asking questions will usually spark your learning process as well, classroom interaction is the best method of learning.......why we have teachers and schools  and colleges adding to that are the socialization aspects in learning. 

I believe it would have sparked a LOT of turn over rates.

There have been some on Zillow/Trulia that have sparked my interest.  

I have 2 recently purchased RE investment properties in Sparks.

Just like MLM  real estate has been attacked by the dream merchants  IE real estate guru's its a great gig for them  they make boat load of money.I like the line from the Traffic song   Low Spark of the high heeled boys.it goes like this" the man bought a new suit on your dreams "  and that was written I suspect in the late 60s to 70s.. :)

Maybe it’s a little less sparkly but most of the sparkle comes from multidirectional lighting like they have in jewelry cases.
