If you have ever wanted to loose weight or do anything we live a society where people want to be rich, sexy and happy all the time with little to no work.

There are historical societies that will drive you insane not to mention the difficulty in finding material and fixtures to match.  

Unfortunately we live in a dynamic society, where things and life circumstances change daily. 

its the bane of the new society.. many folks only respond to text anymore.. especially realtors which really frustrates me as well

Loyality seems to be a thing of the past in todays society.  

In our litigious society people can and do sue frequently.

As far as the tiny house project goes I have been dealing with the historical society for years and if I can handle them then this tiny house project will go through! 

Could you be mandated by a third party (historical society, mortgage company, neighborhood association) to purchase replacement cost v actual cash value? 

If she provides the appropriate documentation, there's nothing you can do.I seriously wonder how our society will survive when so many (particularly the young) are incapable of living in their own private space without the companionship of an animal.
