Being deeply involved in the local real estate market, I stay connected with wholesalers, realtors, and local investors who often share opportunities.

We do not do Syndications; we have access to all the funding we will ever need, and I don't like sharing the profits.

I am more concerned about social media posts, as there is no real way to add the required information without turning every post into an advertisement, as compared to sharing real estate information or deals we are working on.

A lot of money is floating around because people cashed out equity to invest, or they had extra income thanks to COVID.The only "trick" I can share is that you need to be patient.

Any tips on how can i find a bigger group to rent to on monthly basis ?
