I would recommend pushing back on this as there is more value as a stand alone feature (like a pool or guest house).2.

I have an agent that's recommending a new construction in that zip code.

I would also recommend doing your due diligence on the new lender, and make sure they are not just a salesy loan officer trying to win you over with term sheets that don't exist... 

Are there investors here in Texas that have utilized and would recommend banks they hold series LLC accounts with? 

If you feel passionate about managing them yourself, I'd recommend getting as much done and communicated up front.

Also, any PM recommendations in Orlando would be great.

Thank you  My recommendation is to sign up at paperstac, debexpert and some of the online sites that sell loans as well as join some fb groups on note investing as people push loans through there as well.
