I think that if you are feeling that way about the property then others will have similar reactions to the property as well.

I close with my title company enough to be on a 1st name basis, they know I will close with them, basically b/c they (my title company) specialize in Short sales and Sub2 transaction..............that just so happens to be my 2 favorite strategies, so you can imagine the love at first sight type of reaction when I was referred to them.anyways, back to your question.

We have quite few foreign investors here in the Dallas/Ft Worth market and I haven’t really experienced any negative reactions to them.

My reaction is mixed.  

However, in the last 2 months we have received about 7 or 8 yellow letters so I want to share our experience and our reactions to receiving them.  

My gut reaction suggests that it may be wisest to hit the foreign market for people who desire asset protection or have some other interest in the area. 

Point is, for every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction, even in business and politics.
