Hi BiggerPockets community,I'm in the process of evaluating a condo in Columbus, OH and have attached a screenshot of the inspection report summary, which highlights several areas that need attention.I'm seeking:Estimates: Any rough estimates from experienced investors or contractors familiar with the Columbus market would be immensely helpful.

From all these stats "OK, TN, MO, KY, IN, OH" which one is your favorite?  

Oh and I can be analytical, I have a great sense of humor and I’m a Libra, so all about beautiful surroundings, balance, fairness and justice.

Then they started applying to other properties I have vacant right now...Oh the sweet joy of telling them "Those are mine too, and no house for you..."

Are you wanting to start investing in Ohio?  

I'm a small-time side investor with just a couple rental properties in NE Ohio.

Ohio has the OHFA DPA which provides either 2.5% or 5% down assistance.

If you do want to buy a multi-family property now, there are some great opportunities in Columbus, Oh.
