They bump their music ridiculously loud on a frequent basis (at an obviously disturbing level) and occasionally into the night.

Although I didn't have the funds this is what I did have:Ambition, time, a growth mentality, sales background, focus, aptitude for business, no other option but to succeed.What I sacrificed:Eliminated all distracting relationships, cut out music for a year and listened to podcasts, 12 working hour days, 1-2 books on real estate a month, reinvested profits into real estate seminars.As far as your question regarding "what seller would sell at a discount?"

I think even some simple video with quality voice over and music would be helpful.

But, not a very good place if you don't care for live professional music shows (mostly country), theme parks, water rides, lake activities, night clubs, buffet style pig troughs, motels where Presidents have stayed and more convention centers meeting rooms per capita than probably anywhere in the country and cheap public transportation on theme set trolleys.More than a million visitors each year.

And, if you recognize that, you can profit greatly, while the fools get left as the last man looking for a chair when the music stops.

Hey all - I have seen posts on here indicating there are no new vouchers in Baltimore and existing voucher holders are playing musical chairs with their residence. 

But don't get left holding the bag when the music stops.

I listen to the  BP podcasts more than I do music!  

You could try royalties...I never have and don't know much about it, but there's a website that auctions music royalties that people are getting rid of.
