Straight from the mouth of a commissioner he said you cant ask what the disability is, cant ask if the animal is trained, there is no limit on what type of animal it is and he brought up an example of a duck that was denied to fly on a plane and the lawsuit against the airline for it, cant ask anything other than fora note from their medical professional....and that can be any type of medical professional.

I wonder if that is ever included in mortgage contracts in states that it's medically acceptable since it's technically a federally backed loan and illegal on a federal level..

If a doctor just started prescribing medication to patients before doing an assessment to figure out what the ailment is, they would be very inefficient and seem incompetent.In my experience, a lack of specificity leads to a perception of incompetence.
