I don't think (Lebron nor Kobe) were waving a white flag they were just acknowledging what the league/fans and pure numbers of their individuals greatness proved to the world.. 

It seems like you have a great deal of experience in Real Estate already which is leagues ahead of some of us.

I look at BP and the forums as tools and resources in the same way a baseball player looks at a baseball bat and glove.

As long as my fiancé holds his current job (baseball) we will be in Phoenix every spring living in this property from mid Feb to April.

Skip breakfast daily (work yourself up gradually) and when you’re ready to get to the big leagues, attempt to fast for an entire day (no breakfast, lunch or dinner)Solar panels (maybe?)

Like in baseball, other players need to speak up, and some are, about how steroid and PED cheats like Alex Rodriguez taint the game, hurt them professionally and financially and that the game needs to be clean.

But the work of this route is in a different league than being an LP.
