Here's a question to illustrate how new I am to this: If I put 20% down on the second house the loan for the second house wouldn't have to be an FHA loan right?

These lights became known as "idiot lights" because a red warning light, if your only indicator, does do you much good when the engine is sputtering and you're forced to pull over to the side of the road.Perhaps the Germans had these in their WWII-era warplanes.Maybe this not the best illustration, but I want to know the status of title before I close my deal.
