SFH pay the water/sewer bill, take care of the lawn, remove snow, no complaints of the upstairs neighbor making noise, no parking issues, no backyard issues and the tenants typically stay longer which means less turnovers.  

But im out here grinding, D4$, putting out bandit signs and loving it.

From noise complaints to someone breaking the dryer from having nails in his pockets.

The problem is a loud noise which can be heard in my unit.

Most of my tasks were in inbound or outbound calls so those noise will affect much my job.

I know the grind is hard, but I promise it gets MUCH easier after you get that first rental. 

People want to know who you are, what you represent, and are seeking to find out if you’re a legitimate and credible business, company and person.When you’re just starting out, it can be quite the hurdle to break through the noise and show and prove yourself as a stand up entity.

The idea of eventually working with who I want and being able to weave my way through all of the noise and become financially independent has me obsessed!

The people in the houses in the block near the bar report noise, nuisance.

Keep grinding and make it happen!
