This time around with all the forbearance being offered it seems unlikely things will take a nose dive even equal to that of 2008.

Its a market that land use laws mirror Portland OR.. and it appears we can do what we do here there.. which is how we find our inventory right under everyone else's noses :) 

It’s usually a toothless redneck incapable of organizing the time money or resources to pick their own nose .

Today is my first day on BP, so just nosing around.  

My approach is to just not talk about it and keep my nose to the grindstone and show results.

You either have not lived long enough, or are just another person on this forum with an ever-lengthening nose when you comment by judging others.
