Account Closed  let me first say this is a fun topic and debatelet me know when an attorney is going to go out on a home inspection and sit in the house bored silly for 4 hours while the inspector crawls through it.and on the west coast we don't even use attorneys for selling SFR's very very rare we use title companies who charge a fraction of what an attorney would charge they are simply not needed here. Also why is an agent not allowed to make a big hit.. just like your allowed a big profit on your flip .. takes no special skill to buy rehab and flip a house anyone with a 12th grade education can do that probably a 7th grade.. whats the difference.
