Who wouldn't want to live close to Open Seed :) (is that the name of the restaurant...or is it Open Sesame...something like that). 

I need a guy who can do mulchbeds, trim bushes, plant, do small grading jobs and seed grass.

The key is to recycle your "seed" money, and never spend it.

I have about 6 months of savings in my account and about 75k to work with as seed money to get into real estate.

I have no experience with seed capital crowdfunding, though I hear great things and many success stories among some younger colleagues.

I read an interesting post on driving for dollars and I think so far that it's the best way to plant the seeds necessary to succeed in wholesales.
