Gosh...I have to say I am really enjoying (getting tuned up by) this BP forum.My conversion will only be around 500,000. 

I hope all the fathers in the community are enjoying their day with family and friends.I was listening to a podcast where the panelists discussed valuable lessons they learned from their fathers.My dad always encouraged me to use my brain to figure things out for myself.

They bought a house two blocks from where I grew up and I really enjoyed the summer I spent helping them fix up their place.

Depending on the level of risk you feel comfortable with the sky is the limit.DM I enjoy chatting with investors around my age!

Paul really knows his stuff, and he makes real estate investing a science, which is to say he puts a repeatable system into place to "automate" his investing.I really enjoyed this one!

We enjoyed our trip to Waco and the surrounding areas.
