First off I'm Voting NO on prop 10 and I hope you're all doing the same and encouraging friends and family to vote NO.Second yes I'm increasing rents gradually in anticipation. 

If there are others in Wenatchee WA area i'd love to meet up, or just get in contact and would love encouragement by seeing some deals you all are getting done!

I live in San Antonio, TX so anyone who lives here or has knowledge of this market your responses are encouraged! 

And I will have that MI for the duration of the loan, unless I can refi out to something else (which will also be challenging because I got in at such a low rate)So, there is definitely value in a 203k, but I would encourage you to look at some other creative solutions that might be out there as well!

He said he was totally open to a creative option like this which was encouraging.

I guess I’m more looking for direct words of encouragement and small but helpful tips for someone looking into this area.
