The theory being that builders continually manipulate things (that's a separate write-up unto itself) as the building continues to get sales prices higher and higher, typically if you compare Phase I to the final Phase those final ones sold for way more than area appreciation otherwise would indicate compared to identical homes sold X years ago in Phase I.

I am in the culinary industry and have been going through hell with my current job.  

And it turns out they manage the identical property that is right next door, and stated that they have had zero issues finding long term tenants at that price point.

From what I have read diesel is identical or almost identical to fuel oil in most places.

My tenant moved in 12 days after closing, at which point my friend's identical unit had been vacant for 4 months.

I also look only at sold homes that are identical in the number of beds and baths, similar in condition, square feet of living area and acreage. 

We have many friends who homeschool and there is a broad spectrum, from looking almost identical to public school, to part time classes at traditional schools, to people who teach the kids themselves and everything in between.One thing Colorado Springs offers is a huge number of options.

They are 2 identical 2 bedroom 1 bath properties side by side and within a block of the Seawall/Gulf.

I view a realtor increasing his pay at the expense of the seller to be unethical.I just had the identical problem with a RE agent in New Hampshire (NH).
